How does the design that you created demonstrate your knowledge of Magazine Design and the parts of a magazine cover and interior?My design demonstrates how in the cover and interior have the same color scheme and how on the cover sports illustrated uses individual edition and how there are small lines to make designs.
In what ways does your magazine connect to the corporate identity of the magazine?What are some design queues that you used from the existing magazine?
I downloaded the Sport illustrated font because they created their own. Also they used script font for smaller parts of the color line so they read the main part first.
How did you like working with a partner?How do you think working with a partner makes the design process easier and more difficult?
I think working with a partner is better because you always have someone to compare to. Also if you need help on a design you can ask them for help.
Looking at your partner’s design, if you were to design your partner’s portion by yourself how would it look different?
I would fix up the quote and make one of the pictures in the background black instead of grey
Describe the ideal partner (co-worker / co –designer)?
A ideal partner would be someone that understands ideas well and someone who is easy to talk to and ask for ideas.
